We use a straight forward and simple pricing policy which is easy to understand and has no hidden charges.
Domestic Cleaning - Tariff
Prices for standard domestic cleaning:

Prices are based on a banding structure - we agree the amount of work to be done with the customer and then the work falls in to one of the set price bands.
Our prices are typically 20% cheaper than Molly Maid™

Commercial Cleaning
Pricing for commercial cleaning is based on a fixed quotation for a specific job - please enquire.
Materials
Our charges include the supply of all cleaning materials (cloths, chemicals and tools). We always use our own cleaning equipment including vacuum cleaners, steps, etc. which are kept in good condition and regularly safety tested.
Depending on the size of your property and amount of work we agree we will provide one, two, or three cleaners to work together in your house or work place.
Discounts
We offer a discount for regular business, larger projects or multiple properties - please enquire.
Payment
Payment can be made by cash, cheque (supported by a valid bankers card) or electronic funds transfer to our bank account (see details below).
Our staff will always provide you with a written receipt.
